Our online drugstore offers two shipping methods:

Delivery time depends on destination country. National and religious holidays may as well delay package arrival. Your order will be packed discreetly for your privacy and protection.

All products at our site are available to be shipped - that means we have them in stock and can provide them to you immediately. All orders are dispatched within 48 hours , most orders are shipped within 24 hours. All weekend orders, are dispatched on Monday. We do our best to ensure that your order is shipped promptly!

In the unlikely event that your order has not arrived within 10 business days for EMS and 3 weeks for Airmail delivery, you may use any of the following contact methods:

• contact us via email;
• send us a request through the form on the site;
• or just call support and we will answer all your questions and help you figure out the specific situation.

In what form are the shipments made?

All orders are shipped in opaque packaging without any inscriptions.

What should I do if I receive a damaged parcel or there is not enough goods in my order?

If the postal parcel with your order has arrived damaged, or the goods that you ordered are missing, contact us and we will try to resolve the problem.

How much will I have to pay if I resend the order?

If you made a mistake in the contact details when sending the order and we had to resend your order, you will only pay the actual postal expenses. No penalties are provided.

Important

Messages about changes in order status are sent automatically. There may be delays in the reception of goods for reasons beyond our control.

Price and Payment

In addition to the price, you will have to pay our delivery charges as quoted on the Website at the time we accept your order. The amount of these charges varies according to the method of delivery and the delivery address you specify in your order. Payment is made by credit card at the time we accept your order. (The credit cards we accept are listed on the Website at the time you place your order). Refunds (only when applicable) will generally be made by means of a return to your credit card or as a store coupon or credit.

Although every care is taken in the quality of content on this site, there may occasionally be an error and items may be mispriced. In this event we will either; contact you to ask if you wish to cancel the order or simply cancel the order and notify you, at our own discretion. We are under no obligation to supply goods at the incorrect price.

Delivery of Products

In putting our customers requirements above all else, pharmacy-mall.net only works with official reliable delivery services. We offer two types of delivery for all of our products:

• Express Delivery Service. Delivery time: 7 – 15 business days
• Registered Airmail Service. Delivery time: 10 - 21 business days

Please note that the delivery time does not include weekends and international or local holidays. If your package does not arrive within 15 business days for Express Delivery Service and within 21 business days for Registered Airmail Service, you may send us an inquiry for reshipment.

Reshipment:

Parcels shipped by Registered Airmail Service can not be granted for free reshipment or refund on account of customs issue as most destination countries do not provide tracking information on their territory. The choice for Registered Airmail Service is at the buyers discretion and risk.

Parcels shipped by Express Delivery Service are fully tracked.

Free reshipments for orders can be done under the following conditions:

1. If tracking number does not show any tracking information within 4 working days starting from the next day since order is placed.
2. If parcel is held by customs for more than 7 working days.
3. If parcel is not delivered within the timeframe – 15 business days.
4. If parcel is delivered to wrong address.
5. If wrong/damaged product is received.
6. If product is ineffective.
7. If expiry date is less than 6 months.

No free reshipments for orders can be done:

1. If wrong address was provided.
2. If customer does not pick it up the parcel in time.
3. If parcel delivered to correct address is unclaimed or refused by addressee.

Freight

pharmacy-mall.net reserves the right to send parcels out to customers by whichever means they see as appropriate.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied with products or services you were provided by our online pharmacy, please contact us immediately. Each refund case should be solved individually depending upon the circumstances.

General

The products advertised on the Website are intended for sale to persons dealing as consumers and are not for re-sale.
